Feeling Stressed, Tired or Anxious? Fantastic, Low Cost Relaxation Sessions in Oxford !
Hello. My name is Joseph Whyles and I am a trainee in Hypno-Psychotherapy, Reiki and Regression Therapy. I am currently holding low-cost relaxation sessions to help people feel more calm, confident and relaxed in their everyday life
The relaxation sessions that I am offering are gentle, soothing sessions which will encourage you to empty your mind of all stresses in your life and allow your body and mind to let go.
I use a mixture of breathing techniques, meditation, guided imagery, music and positive affirmations to help you to remember how to relax. I will also provide you with an excellent relaxation CD for when you are at home. The sessions will be tailored to your specific relaxation goals and will help you to feel rejuvenated, calm and more able to relax in your everyday life.
These low cost relaxation sessions are just 20 for an hour and it is entirely up to you on how many sessions you have. Some may find that just one session is enough to ge If your fed up wasting time and money on treatments that have not worked? then come and try a treatment with me and you will feel the improvements. I take pride and care about my clients and my aim is to free you of those dull aches and pains that really get you down.
I am a fully qualified (I.T.E.C/IIHHT) and experienced masseuse and have over 14 years experience as a physical therapist. I trained in London and have worked in some of the top Leisure centres, Hotels and Salons.
SWEDISH (holistic) MASSAGE has many benefits. It helps to relax and de stress as well as improve the blood circulation and removal of toxins. Aches and pains are reduced and stress levels lowered.
SPORTS MASSAGE concentrates on specific areas/ injures whether they are old ones or recent ones, working to improve range of movement and flexibility, reduce pain and increase mobility.
